I was looking through a magazine, one of those that talk about green living and green building. I noticed that they actually have a certification for their buildings. I thought they were just green if they had a few things that save energy. I was wrong. If a building is LEED certified, it actually means that it has been tested very rigorously. And it has been held to some pretty high standards. There are the gold, platinum and the silver levels. All depending on the depth of greenness. I was so impressed with the whole thing. To think that there is actually a process that says just how much is being saved with a certain building.
