There are many athletic sports brands that are well associated with certain sports. There are spalding portable basketball hoops for basketball, Louisville Sluggers for baseball, and Easton equipment for hockey. While there are other brands, the dominated brand of each sport is evident. When I go shopping for sport specific items, I typically look for the most popular brand name items for that particular sport. I realize that these brands are generally more expensive, but they have a good reputation for a reason and that is that they create good, quality merchandise. I think that it is worth the extra money to get something that I know will last me.
