I went to see my brother and his family one day last week.  They were in the process of working out a financial plan for their future.  I asked why they had the sudden interest in future planning and they said that the new housing development was finally approved for the area south of Oxford.  I was thrilled to hear that my brother’s agriculture investment paid off.  He and his wife had invested thousands of dollars in hopes that the development would really happen in the future.  My brother and his wife are in great financial shape now that the development is moving forward.
