Since year I have worked for a software company here in Fresno Calif. I am on the office side of things and work as an accountant. We produce educational software for private schools and our business has been growing. One thing that the owner of the company wanted us all to do was have a better understanding of how some of our stuff is produced. The other day he put out a memo that mentioned he would like every employee to undergo some basic plant training. He feels that by doing this we would all have a better concept of quality customer service.
