I had this friend once that claimed he could channel spirits. He would talk in voices of some famous people, and pretend that he was really them. Sometimes it was a game to see if we could ask him questions, or rather ask the person he was pretending to be questions, to see if we could trip him up. Once he said he was Houdini, and he wanted to tell us all his secrets. We asked to see magic tricks revealed, but he said he couldn’t remember any. Something about traveling through the spiritual divide messing up his memory or something. I do give him credit for creativity though. Other than that, he did a pretty good job of pretending to be Houdini.
