My neighbor came running over in a panic just a few minutes ago. It seems they invited her husband’s boss home for a cook-out and then were afraid the meat would not be that impressive. I’m not sure why they decided to do a cook-out unless that’s what they thought the boss would really appreciate the most. Anyway, I gave my neighbor a can of our favorite mesquite bbq spray to add to the meat. It will make such a positive improvement to whatever they have decided to grill. We use it all the time, although we also like the hickory flavor. I just happen to be out of that right now. I hope all goes well for them.
