The real problem with panic attacks is not the attack itself but rather the fear of the attack. Hence it is a kind of puzzle - The Panic Puzzle! The way to deal with them is to get rid of the fear of having them. You will encounter many books or advertisements online about helping you getting rid of anxiety in 5 min or so. Some of these are the linden method, Panic Away and so on. Beware of them because no one can do “magic”, in 5 minutes, on you and your anxiety. So next time you come across an advertisement about Linden Method or similar thing, just be careful before getting carried away.
