Getting the results that you desire from your exercise program will depend on many different things. But you can be sure that the one thing that you avbsolutly need to know is that you need to be consistant. You will also be good to have a good strong work ethic.  Going to the gym will only do you good if you are givbing it your all or nothing.  It is important to make sure that you keep  it as simple as ypou can so you can focus on the work that needs to be done. dont over do abdominal training.
