My wealthy aunt died an old maid.  She was buried a few months ago.  It was only later that I came to know about her death.  Her lawyer informed me that since I am her nearest next of kin, I become the sole legal heir of all her properties and belongings.  Prior to what happened to my aunt, I already had started saving money so I can take my girlfriend on a cruise in time for our 5th-year anniversary.  However, I felt frustrated because I knew then that I could not raise the sufficient amount to cover it’s cost.  Indeed, the Almighty works in mysterious ways.  Unexpectedly, I inherited quite a fortune at the very time when I needed it most.   Since the money was no longer an issue, I brought my girlfriend on a cruise.  Before boarding, we checked in the Hotel near the San Juan Cruise Ship Terminal.  On board the vessel, an attendant ushered us into our stateroom.  We were impressed because the room seemed newly painted.  The color blended well with the bedsheets.  It had a balcony with a panoramic view of the ocean.  Feeling hungry, we went to the restaurant and ordered food.  It took them not more than 15 minutes to serve our order.  It was a fast service for us, and the food was excellent.  After getting our stomachs full, we went to the upper deck to sit down and relax while watching a show on the big television screen.  There were a number of people swimming in the pool.  Since it was getting dark, we decided to head to our cabin.  We took a couple of beers from the ref and sat at the balcony.  We could see the ocean so quite and calm, while the stars brightly illuminating the path as the ship smoothly glided into the gentle waves of the sea.  The ambiance seemed to draw me closer to my girlfriend.  And in the stillness of the night, I kissed her, then asked ” Will you marry me? “  After she said “yes”, I took her hands and pulled her into the bed.  Then, in a little while, our bodies were caught on fire.  Oh, what a perfect way to celebrate our anniversary.  We loved the trip!

I felt I could no longer withstand her never ending bickering.  She was like a broken record- always reprimanding me of my past escapades.  Such gesture ran contrary to one of the secrets of a happy relationship- bury the mistakes of the past into oblivion!   Fed up and bored with her seeming childish behavior, I left her for good and went to take a Carnival Cruise Line.  Once on board, I took a brief tour on the ship.  Along the way, I found the interiors remarkably beautiful- the designs were truly spell-bounding!  There was a line of restaurants that catered the various food tastes of the guests.  Attendants were also strategically in placed to ensure prompt service.  At last, I was able to do the things I really wanted.  I ate delicious foods, went to the bar to drink, and went to disco until the wee hours of the night.  For all the things I did on the ship, I felt like a new man- with nobody to scold me.  Oh my, it was what I really needed most- a time all by myself, away from her shadows.  I absolutely loved the trip.  So, for those who feel shackled on a relationship, I recommend you- take this cruise.  You will be enchanted on it….

I was getting bored of my life.  I wanted to go to the place of no return hoping it will put an end to the bitterness engulfing my being.   However, when my best friend invited me to go cruising, all the pains and heartaches seemed to vanish into the wind.  While on board the ship, I met someone who was the epitome of sweetness and kindness.  During the entire journey, she made me feel special- I felt like a king then!   More so, the trip gave me a new perspective in life.  It made me a new man.  I was overjoyed that I took a Cruise from New York to Bermuda.  What I am now, I owe this to my best friend and the trip!

After we got on board the ship, we made a tour around to familiarize and to know what it had in store for us.  We were overwhelmed with great excitement then since we were bereft of cruising experiences.   In our brief inspection, we found the interiors remarkably beautiful- the magnificence of the designs were truly spell-bounding!  There was a line of restaurants that catered the different food preferences of the guests.  The recreational facilities and superb amenities were always available to use.  Attendants were also strategically in placed to ensure prompt service.  When our stroll began to take its toll, we went to our cabin to rest.  As we lay on our bed, we saw through our window the stars looking down upon us- witnessing the unfolding of our intimate moments. Oh, what a perfect way to celebrate our first honeymoon!  The entire trip was infinitely fabulous!

I told my husband that we should really check online to see what we could find for decent whakatane accommodation options. He agreed with me.
