So, I met a friend to workout the other day and she pointed out something I had never before. These gym balls were like exercise equipment used to assist people’s workouts. So, of course, I had to try them out. So the first attempt was interesting to say the least. But after I got the hang of it, I was actually enjoying myself. There are so many ways to use them and incorporate them into gym time. My favorite part was trying to work on sit ups. I had to try and balance and pull myself up.
