I knew that I wanted to move forward with this, as soon as I heard the news. I was glad that regulations had changed, and I thought it was about time. I called my wife into the kitchen to discuss the matter.  We talked about the smsf loans at the kitchen table, and we both agreed it was time for us to take some action. We love the rental property that we purchased and the renters are great. They always pay on time and we are protecting our future. This was the perfect plan for us and it is working. This is great!
