When we were given notice that the big bosses where calling a required meeting for first thing in the morning, I knew that it would not be good news. I could hardly sleep last night. If I lost my job at this point, I do not know what I would do. You just can not find a job in this economy. Then they let us know that they were hiring the Change Management Consulting Firm. They tried to keep things positive, and I do believe that they have the best interest of the employees in mind. I just hope they can pull it out.
