If you have ever purchased a product or service, you have undeniably run into trouble with unethical business practices.  As frequently as there are good business owners, there are the types of companies that do not care at all about their customers or providing a good value.  If you have been ripped off, file a consumer complaint so that you can hold the offending company accountable for their actions.  This will give you a chance to get a refund, and warn others to their immoral business practices.  Find it in yourself to fight back when people take advantage of you.  Good luck.
